To proceed with your group registration, please log in to myERS or create an account; from here you will be directed to online registration where you must choose the 'group registration' tab.

First select a package to purchase; please click on “buy contingent” for the required amount of registrations, and other tickets if needed. You will receive confirmation and invoices via email.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately.

Individual participant data can be entered under 'add participants'. Please note that an individual email address for each participant is required.

Once entry of participant data is completed, the tickets (including registration fees, teaching courses, etc.) can be allocated to individual participants. To do this, click on 'distribution' to allocate the tickets.

This information must be provided in full by 7 July, 2020 at 23:59 CET in order to guarantee the reduced early-bird registration fees. Should you not use the full contingent by this deadline, the higher fees will apply automatically.

Group contract

There is the possibility to sign a group contract when purchasing packages for a defined number of participants until 7 July, 2020 at 23:59 CET via 'buy contingent'. Full payment must be completed by that date to validate the contract.

The option to 'add participants' will be available as soon as full payment and the signed contract have been received.

An advantage of the group contract is that you have time to enter the participant data or request name changes for free until 05 August, 2020 at 23:59 CET.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration can be made up to 28 July, 2020 at 23:59 CET.

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The refund of the registration fee, excluding a 25% administration charge, will be made after Congress by the registration partner.

There will be no refund for cancellations made after 28 July, 2020 at 23:59 CET.

NOTE: If you have a no-name group contract, the cancellation policy for the contract still applies. 

The group coordinator is liable to pay the registration costs as soon as they have registered participants for the Congress.

If any delegates will not be attending the conference, but the cancellation policy was not respected, the full registration fees must be paid.

Group collection

The opportunity to collect the documents for your group in advance will be offered in order to facilitate the pre-registration procedure. In order to arrange your collection time you will be contacted 3-4 weeks prior to the Congress.
